Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with HR leaders to enhance performance management workflows, the Senior Workday HCM Analyst will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on gathering business requirements, guiding Workday configuration, and developing training materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve mid-cycle promotion and performance management processes
• Document and prioritize complex business requirements for workflow enhancements
• Lead design walkthroughs and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Performance Management and Core HCM analyst
• Expertise in performance review processes and promotion workflows
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Ability to write detailed functional requirements and design documents
• Experience with Workday configuration and customization activities
