Senior Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant (Higher Ed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently on multiple client engagements, providing guidance on design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during annual events and maintain communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and stay updated on Workday best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations for the HCM workstream
• Workday HCM Certification with implementer access and knowledge in at least two modules
• Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
