Senior Workday HCM Consultant
Job Summary
To provide hands-on support across an established Workday environment, the part-time Senior Workday HCM Functional Consultant will configure, troubleshoot, and enhance key Workday HCM areas including Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, and Payroll while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on functional support across multiple Workday HCM areas, including Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, and Payroll
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday functionality
- Manage and resolve day-to-day production issues and functional support requests
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM functional experience
- Experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday HCM modules
- Experience working directly within Workday tenants
- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform Workday configuration, testing, and enhancements
