Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Technology- Workday (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional and regression testing for system fixes, upgrades, and maintenance of Workday
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Workday HRIS functionality, including requirements gathering and user training
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain HR technology security profiles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing HR Information Systems and 5+ years supporting Workday HCM
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with reporting/dashboard tools
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong Workday configuration skills and familiarity with data privacy requirements
