Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR team members in functional and regression testing for system fixes, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the functionality of the Workday HRIS application, including requirements gathering and user training
- Ensure data quality and compliance with HR Data Quality and Governance Strategy, including GDPR regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing strategic initiatives for an HR Information System
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, including configuration and reporting
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, along with business analysis skills
- Experience with reporting and data analytics tools, including Workday Report Writer and People Analytics
