Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure the Workday application and provide daily support for issue resolution, data integrity, and user training
- Consult with HR and business areas to develop Workday solutions that meet organizational needs
- Create and modify reports and dashboards to assist in decision-making and monitor key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems and Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of Workday configuration and reporting experience, along with functional HR experience
- Strong Workday system configuration experience across multiple modules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel
