Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst responsible for the configuration and optimization of Workday Compensation and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for Workday Compensation and Payroll modules
  • Configure and maintain compensation and payroll-related Workday business processes and support cyclical events
  • Conduct data audits and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance between Workday and payroll outputs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience with functional ownership of Compensation and Payroll
  • Experience supporting enterprise compensation planning cycles and payroll processing in Workday
  • Proven experience configuring incentive plans and supporting payroll audits
  • Strong experience with Workday reporting and security related to compensation and payroll data
