Senior Workday HRIS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Configuration Developer - Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Lead technical delivery teams, manage risks, and ensure functional and technical requirements are met
• Design, implement, and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus eight years of HRIS solutions experience, or eleven years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of ten years of experience managing the Workday HRIS platform for enterprise customers
• Broad knowledge of Workday features and modules, with relevant Workday certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Hire-to-Retire business processes and hands-on experience with the Workday Platform
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
