A company is looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of Workday modules to support HR operations and business needs
Manage system configurations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring compliance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and provide technical guidance throughout the system lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience with Workday HCM configuration and administration
