Senior Workday Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Managing business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems, the full-time Senior Workday Integration Engineer will oversee functional specifications, document business process flows, and participate in testing phases while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems
• Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings
• Document business process flows and participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR/Compensation business processes
