Senior Workday Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HCM Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations for Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations to meet business requirements
• Develop custom reports and manage data analysis and integration of disparate systems
• Gather requirements, create documentation, perform testing, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Integration Development, specifically using Studio
• Functional knowledge across the entire HCM suite, including Payroll and Recruiting
• Experience with Workday technologies such as Web Service APIs, middleware, and Core Connect
• Experience with API testing tools like SOAPUI and Postman is preferred
