Senior Workday PRISM Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workday PRISM Consultant will lead the execution of Workday managed services engagements, oversee the design and delivery of scalable Workday solutions, and guide cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and lead day-to-day activities for Workday managed services across various post-production clients
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions, including enhancements and new feature deployments
• Manage onshore and offshore Workday Reporting teams, forecasting resource needs and fostering team development

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting with Workday integrations
• At least two years of leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Required Workday certifications/skills in Workday Prism, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, and BIRT
• Deep expertise in Workday Reporting architecture and tools, with a proven track record of optimizing reporting solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
