Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support the transformation of HR operations, the full-time Senior Workday Reporting Analyst will define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM, partnering with HR and stakeholders to enhance processes and improve data accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM
• Partner with HR leaders to identify and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases
• Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Workday reporting tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology with deep expertise in Workday configuration
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience enabling AI initiatives within Workday
• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports and Dashboards
• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across HR and technical teams
