Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM, the full-time Senior Workday Reporting Analyst will partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, enhance data accuracy, and modernize HR operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM
• Partner with HR leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation use cases
• Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Workday reporting tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology with expertise in Workday configuration
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience enabling AI initiatives within HR systems
• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports and Dashboards
• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across HR and technical teams
