Senior Workday Security Administrator

Job Summary

To shape and evolve the Workday security strategy, the full-time Senior Workday Security Administrator will manage security architecture, access controls, and compliance across HCM, Financial, and Payroll modules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing
• Provide expertise in security architecture to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate across multiple projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday security administration experience
• Mastery of creating and auditing various security groups
• Proficient in configuring ISUs/ISSGs and managing authentication policies
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience
• Experienced in supporting bi-annual Workday platform releases and change management procedures
