Senior Workday Security Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing the enterprise Workday ecosystem, the full-time Senior Workday Security Analyst will manage security design and implementation, configuration, and optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable security frameworks across Workday's HR and Finance modules
- Lead the configuration and administration of Workday security, including role-based and user-based security groups
- Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage audits, ensuring effective controls and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security, with Pro certification being a plus
- Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance initiatives such as SOX and GDPR
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures
- Strong knowledge of authentication methods, including OAUTH, SAML, and SSO
