Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workday Specialist to manage Payroll, Absences, and Time Tracking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and support for Workday's Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
- Manage system security roles and permissions for relevant modules and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Implement process improvements in time tracking, absence management, and payroll for a seamless employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical experience with Workday, focusing on Absence, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking modules
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and experience supporting payroll cycles in Canada and the United States
- Knowledge of absence policy management for multiple countries
- Experience in configuring custom reports and maintaining data integrity across HR systems
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and HR systems
