Senior Workday Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing global organization, the full-time Senior Workday Specialist will optimize and improve Workday functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance HR processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and continuously improve Workday functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues while assessing the impact of changes across modules
- Partner with internal stakeholders and AMS providers to deliver scalable HR solutions
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in a post-go-live environment
- Experience with Core HCM and other key Workday modules
- Ability to understand the impact of changes on business processes and security
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English with excellent organizational skills
