Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior People & Culture Information Systems Analyst will manage Workday configuration, system optimization, and client satisfaction while serving as a subject matter expert in Core HCM, Recruiting, and Performance & Talent modules.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, resolving complex issues and configuration requests while mentoring junior team members
- Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements by collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and user experience, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
- Expertise in HCM & Recruiting, Performance & Talent, and/or Absence Workday modules
- Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives or configuration projects
- Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
