Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior People & Culture Information Systems Analyst will manage Workday configuration, system optimization, and client satisfaction while serving as a subject matter expert in Core HCM, Recruiting, and Performance & Talent modules.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, resolving complex issues and configuration requests while mentoring junior team members
  • Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements by collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and user experience, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
  • Expertise in HCM & Recruiting, Performance & Talent, and/or Absence Workday modules
  • Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives or configuration projects
  • Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
