Senior Workday Systems Analyst
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior P&C Information Systems Analyst, the candidate will manage Workday configuration, system optimization, and client satisfaction while serving as a subject matter expert across various Workday modules including Core HCM and Recruiting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements, translating functional requirements into technical specifications
- Develop, configure, and maintain EIBs and tools for efficient data loading and integration across systems
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and strong proficiency in Workday reporting
- Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives or configuration projects
- Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
