Job Summary
As a Senior People & Culture Information Systems Analyst, this full-time remote position will focus on Workday configuration, system optimization, and enhancing client satisfaction by resolving complex issues and leading system enhancements across various Workday modules.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Develop, configure, and maintain EIBs to support efficient data loading and integration across systems
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and strong proficiency in Workday reporting
- Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective, scalable solutions
