Senior Workers Comp Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster focused on Atlantic seaboard jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with policy provisions and jurisdictional requirements
• Manage claims of moderate to high complexity, including informal hearings and small claims litigation
• Identify suspicious claims and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 3 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using claims systems and MS Office applications
