Senior Workers' Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical contributor to healthcare innovation, the Senior Workers' Compensation Compliance Analyst will work remotely to review state fee schedule rules, draft reconsideration letters, and assist in compliance processes while ensuring adherence to regulations and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing state fee schedule rules and regulations for compliance risks
• Draft second level reconsideration letters and respond to state disputes
• Provide internal training on compliance and partner with business units to ensure adherence to regulations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare fraud, compliance, and/or legal fields
• 3+ years of experience with medical reimbursement methodologies
• 3+ years of understanding medical coding and billing practices
• Knowledge of limited liability in property and casualty insurance
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with reading fee schedule regulations
