Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims
  • Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, handle claims consistent with policies and regulations, and document claim activity

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
