Senior Workers Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report workers' compensation claims and maintain accurate claim files
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage claim investigations, settlements, and litigation
• Serve as a primary contact for employees with workers' compensation claims and manage unemployment claim costs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation law and/or management
• Experience with managing unemployment claims
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple high-priority tasks
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications
