Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst to support Operations leaders by providing insights into workforce planning and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and optimize resource allocation
- Develop forecasting models and create dashboards to track team performance metrics
- Conduct regular evaluations of performance metrics and provide actionable insights for efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up or high-growth organization
- Prior sales/customer experience; education sales or tech-ed experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports
- Experience in managing workforce schedules and capacity plans
