Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst to support Operations leaders by providing insights into workforce planning and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop forecasting models and create dashboards to track team performance metrics
  • Conduct regular evaluations of performance metrics and provide actionable insights for efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up or high-growth organization
  • Prior sales/customer experience; education sales or tech-ed experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports
  • Experience in managing workforce schedules and capacity plans
