Senior Workforce Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring daily call traffic, the full-time Senior Workforce Analyst will optimize resource utilization across Inside Sales and StoryCause sites while preparing reports and managing scheduling functions in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workforce metrics to improve capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates
• Utilize hiring and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights for workforce management
• Produce reports and visualizations to support decision-making and manage scheduling changes for resource coverage

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management software for scheduling and reporting
• 2-4 years of related experience in workforce analysis or management
• Minimum High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven strong analytical skills and proactive working style
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, and reside in specified states
