Senior Workforce Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic workforce planning, the full-time Senior Workforce Analyst will build and manage workforce models that drive hiring and organizational design decisions while providing real-time updates to senior leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine workforce models that align capacity with business demand drivers
• Serve as the single source of truth for workforce planning updates, maintaining real-time visibility of hiring progress and personnel risks
• Support HR and leadership in translating workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies and pipeline management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning models and analytics within mid to enterprise-sized organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build capacity models that account for variability in workload
• Experience modeling workload at the individual contributor level, ideally in account management roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
