Senior Workforce Analyst
Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making, the full-time Senior Workforce Analyst will analyze workforce trends, build scalable reporting tools, and partner with HR, finance, and business leaders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to translate workforce challenges into data and reporting needs
- Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics and forecast trends
- Transform data findings into clear narratives that drive strategic decision-making and ensure data integrity through quality efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-focused field such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, with a preference for workforce or people analytics experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HCM report and dashboard design, preferably with Oracle HCM
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management and stakeholder management
