Job Summary
To support workforce transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Workforce Analytics & Power BI Analyst will develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions remotely, focusing on improving operational performance and data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce reporting and analytics solutions to provide insights into operational performance
- Perform data validation and quality reviews across workforce systems to enhance reporting accuracy
- Analyze workforce trends and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable reports and visualizations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, or related analytical disciplines
