Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
To support a high-impact workforce analytics function, the remote Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst will lead advanced analytics projects, influence executive decision-making, and develop data-driven solutions in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Lead complex workforce analytics initiatives, including forecasting, trend analysis, and statistical modeling
- Develop compelling data stories and executive-ready presentations that drive strategic action
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce analytics, or a related discipline
- Advanced expertise with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Oracle HCM experience preferred
- Experience applying workforce analytics methodologies, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior and executive leaders
