Job Summary
Partnering with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders, the full-time Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst will build scalable reporting tools, analyze workforce trends, and apply statistical methods to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models to assess key HR metrics and forecast trends
- Transform data findings into clear narratives that support strategic decision-making
- Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions from consultation through delivery, ensuring data integrity and quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-focused field such as Data Analytics or Statistics
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, with a strong preference for workforce analytics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HCM report and dashboard design, preferably with Oracle HCM
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management and stakeholder management
