Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant of Workforce Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Centers of Expertise (COEs) and business sectors to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and create visualizations using PowerBI and Tableau to deliver actionable insights
• Drive data governance and collaborate across teams to enhance analytics capabilities and ensure effective communication of insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or people analytics, with a focus on consulting or stakeholder-facing roles
• Experience with data engineering tools, particularly Alteryx and/or Dataiku
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization using PowerBI and Tableau
• Ability to quickly learn and specialize in a COE domain, understanding its unique metrics and challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and work effectively in a team-oriented analytics environment
