Job Summary
Supporting workforce planning and capacity management, the full-time Senior Workforce Capacity Analyst will analyze operational data, maintain workforce models, and develop reporting solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support workforce planning activities through the development and maintenance of staffing models and capacity analyses
- Develop and automate recurring workforce and operational reporting, producing analyses that identify trends and performance drivers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, partnering with technology and operational teams to enhance data access
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, business analytics, or a related analytical role
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps preferred
- Knowledge of workforce planning and labor analytics supporting operational reporting processes preferred
