Job Summary

Supporting workforce planning and capacity management, the full-time Senior Workforce Capacity Analyst will analyze operational data, maintain workforce models, and develop reporting solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support workforce planning activities through the development and maintenance of staffing models and capacity analyses
  • Develop and automate recurring workforce and operational reporting, producing analyses that identify trends and performance drivers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, partnering with technology and operational teams to enhance data access
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, business analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps preferred
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and labor analytics supporting operational reporting processes preferred
