Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Summary

As a key contributor to the Workforce360 team, the full-time Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will provide expert workforce management consultation, focusing on client onboarding, operational model implementation, and data analysis, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying solutions to maximize business productivity and efficiency
• Developing and implementing workforce management models and standard enterprise solutions
• Collaborating with operational leaders to establish baseline metrics and enhance data visualizations

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of workforce management or workforce planning experience
• 1+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership
