• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce planning
• Experience in bringing product insights to market for stakeholders
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise in program management and governance
• BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong project management skills with expertise in program and project management tools
