Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Senior Specialist focused on Workforce Planning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver workforce development strategies in partnership with leadership, including multi-year workforce projections
  • Explore and implement innovative workforce models and identify gaps in workforce capabilities
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions and manage grant processes to support talent pipelines and career pathways
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or commitment to obtain one within three years; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum of ten years of professional experience in human resources, with at least five years in workforce planning or talent strategy
  • Experience in building and managing external partnerships is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution, including program design and measurement
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment
