Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze contact center workload to develop resourcing and optimize scheduling plans
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to assess staffing plans and ensure appropriate team availability
  • Mentor workforce scheduling team members and provide guidance to other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Experience in analyzing contact center patterns and staffing requirements
  • Ability to influence changes in policies and procedures related to workforce management
  • Proficient in creating and analyzing scheduling reports for effectiveness and efficiency
