Senior Workfront Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Workfront Solutions Specialist will manage sophisticated system configurations, serve as the primary technical specialist for Workfront, and contribute to solution design while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute detailed technical setups that align with clients' long-term operational goals and ensure scalability
• Partner with the Lead Architect to vet technical blueprints and provide insights for sustainable strategic designs
• Lead technical problem-solving efforts, optimizing workflows and maintaining technical standards to reduce debt

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Martech or Marketing Operations, with at least 3 years of hands-on technical configuration in Workfront or similar SaaS
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to understand the wider ecosystem impact of technical configurations
• Deep knowledge of Workfront objects, logic, and the ability to build complex workflows
• Understanding of integration platforms and experience with API structures
