Senior Workout Officer

Job Summary

Managing advanced loan workout processes, the full-time Senior Workout Officer will oversee complex accounts, reduce potential losses, and lead special projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage accounts of advanced complexity in line with risk management objectives and corporate budgets
• Facilitate the resolution of problem loans, proactively minimizing potential losses
• Analyze credit submissions and monitor portfolios to ensure compliance with corporate policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
• 9+ years of experience in workout or collections and the financial services industry
• Advanced knowledge of collection and workout best practices
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating change to achieve measurable results
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and direct peers and management
