Senior Workout Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workout Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare underwriting, credit presentations, and quarterly Asset Quality Reports while conducting financial and collateral analysis
• Monitor portfolio credits and proactively identify issues for risk rating or accrual status changes
• Facilitate the restructure underwriting and closing process, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or investment banking loan structuring for large transactions
• Competence in financial modeling, including DCF and leverage modeling
• Strong data gathering and research skills with the ability to analyze complex data
• Knowledge of commercial products, loan accounting, and relevant compliance regulations
