Job Summary
Leading complex employee-facing investigations, the full-time Senior Workplace Investigations Partner will focus on security breaches and data misuse while collaborating with Legal and Security teams, operating in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into allegations of unauthorized access and data misuse, including interviews and drafting investigative reports
- Partner with internal Security teams to analyze system logs and digital evidence, translating technical findings into actionable narratives
- Assess employee intent and risk levels while supporting decision-making in sensitive legal and regulatory contexts
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in workplace investigations, human resources, or employment law
- 5+ years of experience in conducting high-risk investigations involving fraud or security concerns
- Experience working with technical evidence such as access logs and audit trails
- Demonstrated ability to manage investigations in high-stakes, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain relationships across various functions
