Senior Workplace Investigations Partner

Job Summary

Leading complex employee-facing investigations, the full-time Senior Workplace Investigations Partner will focus on security breaches and data misuse while collaborating with Legal and Security teams, operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into allegations of unauthorized access and data misuse, including interviews and drafting investigative reports
• Partner with internal Security teams to analyze system logs and digital evidence, translating technical findings into actionable narratives
• Assess employee intent and risk levels while supporting decision-making in sensitive legal and regulatory contexts

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in workplace investigations, human resources, or employment law
• 5+ years of experience in conducting high-risk investigations involving fraud or security concerns
• Experience working with technical evidence such as access logs and audit trails
• Demonstrated ability to manage investigations in high-stakes, ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain relationships across various functions
