Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workplace Investigator to conduct complex investigations related to workplace misconduct and compliance violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations on workplace misconduct and compliance concerns
• Analyze policies to determine conduct violations and prepare detailed investigative reports
• Develop and conduct training on investigatory practices and workplace conduct issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as liberal arts, public administration, or social sciences
• Five years of experience in Human Resources or workplace investigations
• Familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Advanced writing skills for comprehensive report production
• Knowledge of data privacy laws including GDPR and HIPAA
