Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Services Technologies Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead second level support for end users, ensuring incident resolution and accurate incident logs
• Coordinate and support new and ongoing projects, including training and installation of technologies
• Monitor enterprise applications and assist in testing new applications while providing guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or five years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years' related IT experience, including two years supporting end user technologies
• At least one year of experience leading or contributing to IT projects
• Knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and software
