Senior Workplace Strategist

Job Summary

To reshape occupancy planning in an AI-native environment, the full-time Senior Workplace Strategist will manage data-backed analysis, develop model-driven workflows, and collaborate with clients to deliver continuous, actionable space strategies remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run occupancy planning and workplace strategy analysis using continuous data and AI-native tools
• Shape methodology into repeatable, model-driven workflows that can be applied across various clients
• Collaborate with product and data teams to enhance the Large Spatial Model based on real workplace needs

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate advisory
• Hands-on experience with utilization studies, stack/restack projects, and portfolio optimization
• Fluency in CAFM/IWMS environments and large enterprise real estate workflows
• Comfortable leveraging AI and data to enhance workplace strategy practices
• Ability to engage with senior executives and provide credible insights based on practical experience
