Job Summary
Supporting the Creative Director, the temporary Senior Writer will craft engaging narratives for AAA titles, collaborating with internal teams and external partners while working remotely within the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Write, review, and edit dialogue and text for cinematics, in-game scenes, and game assets
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, artists, and producers to deliver a compelling game narrative
- Research subject matter to ensure authenticity in storytelling
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in writing or narrative design within the games industry, with multiple shipped AAA titles
- Experience in screenplay or game writing
- Strong understanding of modern single-player design and trends in the FPS genre
- Ability to create high and low-level documentation using tools like PowerPoint and Word
- Passion for games and a collaborative, feedback-oriented attitude
