Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Youth Organizing Associate to engage and develop young activists in the Twin Cities metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and develop young activists and leaders focused on reproductive health and freedom
• Implement outreach, organizing, and voter engagement plans targeting youth
• Develop relationships with volunteers, community leaders, and partner organizations to expand youth engagement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Three years of experience in issue or legislative advocacy, grassroots organizing, or political campaigns
• Understanding of social justice and equity issues
• Commitment to racial justice and advocacy
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
