Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Zendesk Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and ensure the reliability of the Zendesk platform, including configuration and operational maturity
- Design scalable service workflows and maintain documentation for governance and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into effective system configurations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms for customer service or support operations
- Deep expertise with Zendesk Support and additional Zendesk products like Talk and Explore
- Experience in high-volume service operations, including ticketing workflows and queue management
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing complex platform issues
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple system initiatives
