Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Zendesk Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and ensure the reliability of the Zendesk platform, including configuration and operational maturity
  • Design scalable service workflows and maintain documentation for governance and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into effective system configurations
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms for customer service or support operations
  • Deep expertise with Zendesk Support and additional Zendesk products like Talk and Explore
  • Experience in high-volume service operations, including ticketing workflows and queue management
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing complex platform issues
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple system initiatives
