Senior Zendesk Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Zendesk Developer, the full-time remote role will gather business requirements, design and implement customized Zendesk solutions, and manage integrations with third-party systems to enhance support operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and develop customized Zendesk solutions, including AI features
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, such as CRM platforms and chatbots
• Serve as an administrator, managing configurations, documentation, and troubleshooting for Zendesk

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Zendesk developer or administrator with successful implementations and customizations
• 3+ years of experience in technical development, customer support, or engineering roles
• 1+ years of experience implementing Zendesk Agent Copilot and Advanced AI
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk architecture, APIs, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
• Passion for teaching and empowering others in a technical environment
