Senior Zscaler Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Zscaler Engineer will manage and maintain security systems across internal and client environments, focusing on cloud security solutions and responding to client configuration issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, mature, and maintain Zscaler's cloud-based infrastructure, including migrating policies and configuring firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services
• Conduct regular security audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of experience in managed Security Services or Information Security
• 2-4+ years of experience managing and deploying Zscaler
• Strong foundation in network security principles, including Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
